Dependable except for new control boards

We order these units all the time for our Senior Community apartments. Love the units, but unfortunately these newer ones are having an issue with the control boards. We had to have several of them replaced under warranty and many more replaced within the first 2 years. While this is very frustrating, the units work nicely as far as ease of use and cooling well.
